Cabrini University Closure

When Cabrini University announced its closure in 2023, the region was caught off guard. The data was stark: half of students affected by a closure never finish their degree.
Within days, our team was coordinating across six divisions — admissions, academic affairs, student life, residence life, athletics, and the president's office — with one shared goal: make it easy for Cabrini students to land on Hawk Hill. We built a multi-channel campaign in six weeks: landing pages, email drips, paid ads, press coverage, on-campus admissions events.
And by the start of the fall 2023 semester, over 120 Cabrini students had enrolled at SJU.
